Villa Pondok Sapi is a beautiful 2 bedroom villa situated in the traditional village of Kelusa, only 15 minutes drive away Ubud. The villa is part of the complex Villa Kelusa and can be rented with its sister villa Pondok Surya. This beautiful compound is nestled at edge of a lush rainforest and boasts a stunning and panoramic view over rice fields, jungle and extinct volcanoes. The nearby village of Ubud is one of the main attraction in Bali, it is considered the island’s artistic and cultural capitol. Here you’ll have the chance to indulge in famous local art galleries, Balinese organic markets, picturesque artisan shops and enjoy some of the best restaurants and cafes of the island. Villa Pondok Sapi is the ideal solution if you are looking for a peaceful and heavenly retreat, a place immersed in the unspoiled nature with breathtaking view and yet very close the the beautiful village of Ubud.

The Villa

This beautiful and unique villa is made up of three different buildings, all beautiful and tastefully appointed.

The outdoor area consists of a gorgeous infinity swimming pool nestled in a manicured and large garden. As from the rest of the buildings, you will have a breathtaking view over picturesque rice paddies, which at sunset are just spectacular.

Adjacent the pool is the building called Pool Cabana, a beautiful and traditionally designed open-air lounge area.

The Main Pavillion is another gorgeous space comprising a dining and living area with bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an air-conditioned entertainment room that can be converted in an extra bedroom.

The third building is the so called Glass House, a beautiful two-storey glass-walled pavilion with amazing view on the unspoiled surroundings, that boasts a studio library and two spacious bedrooms. Both rooms feature king size beds, flat screen TVs and en-suite bathrooms.

The villa is unbelievable in such a nice rain forest valley, and the design is very local and combined with modern comfort and good taste. Special thanks to the very warm and helpful staff, they were always smiling and hosting us as a family. We enjoyed our Chinese New Year holiday so much. Definitely we will miss the villa and come back again one day in the very near future.
