Who are the people behind AffittaBali?

AffittaBali' team is made up of a group of experienced holiday accommodation experts, website developers and marketing specialists. An international team with many years of experience throughout Europe, South Korea, Australia and Indonesia.

What do you do as an app and website?

AffittaBali.com is an online booking portal, we operate as intermediary between you and the owner or the management company behind a villa. But we are not just this.
Our mission is to provide travellers with all the help they might need, any practical information, helping with tours, suggesting places to see or to dine in. We’ll try to help you with anything you might need, so that you’ll be looked after not just by the villa staff but also by us.

Why booking a villa instead of a hotel?

Let’s say there are few good reasons for choosing a villa instead of another kind of accommodation.
First of all when you rent a villa, the villa becomes yours, you will have complete freedom and privacy, a private pool and private spaces you won’t need to share. There’s no hotel or resort that can do the same for you.
Also, talking about spaces, what a villa can offer is not comparable to a hotel. You can choose the size you need, the number of bedrooms, all depending on the number of guests or simply your needs. Once you find the perfect one you’ll be able to share it with your family or friends, it will become your home, only set in paradise or in an exclusive tourist destination.
At last, the price: villas are often more affordable for groups of people than 4-5 stars hotels. You’ll be enjoying the same spaces with your loved ones and you’ll be able to cook in fully equipped kitchens, just like at home, without having to go to a restaurant for every meal. The overall costs of the villa are great value for money.

What else can a villa offer to me?

Each villa is different and you just need to check out the Services and Facilities section on the villa's page. All our villas have a private swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi Internet and housekeeping/maintenance service included in the price. Some have other services included, like private driver, private chef and more. Almost every kind of service is obtainable with an extra fee if it is not already included in the price.

When will my booking be confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed at the time we receive your deposit. Once received, we will send you a confirmation email with receipt. We will also send you all the villa’s details, confirm services you might have booked and we’ll inform you on which date the final balance will have to be processed.

How much deposit is required to confirm a booking and when do I need to settle the final balance?

Not every villa or apartments within our listings have the same payment policy but unless otherwise specified in the Property Specific Rental Conditions, for bookings made outside 60 days of your arrival date, you’ll need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% to block the villa and confirm the booking. The remaining 50% balance is then payable no less than 60 days before your arrival date.
For bookings made within 60 days of your arrival date, you’ll have to pay 100% of the total amount to book the property.

How do I pay you? And are payments processed securely?

Our advance payment system is 100% safe. You can pay through credit and debit cards, bank transfer and cash (possibility limited to those who are already on site before completing the booking). Payment with credit/debit card are subject to a 3% service charge.

Is there any booking fee? How do you make money?

We do not charge any booking fee to the clients. We get paid by the owners and for this reason we can guarantee the best price on the market.

Is there any tax or additional charge to pay?

No, all our prices are inclusive of government taxes and service charges, there is no hidden fee, the price you see is the one you are going to pay when you complete the booking.
