Villa Semarapura is a luxurious 5 bedroom villa located in the traditional fishing village of Seseh, right next door to the trendy Canggu area, a place where life has remained largely untouched by the progress of modern world.

This gorgeous property overlooks a magical sea temple that sits atop a dramatic outcrop of black volcanic rock. Boasting a 180 panoramic ocean view and stunning sunsets, the lavish Villa Semarapura delivers a holiday like no other.

Seseh is the perfect location for those seeking to experience the authentic Balinese lifestyle surrounded by an amazing setting, while being only few minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of Canggu and Seminyak, the gorgeous Nirwana Golf Club (designed by the golfing legend Greg Norman) and the signature temple of Tanah Lot.

The black sanded beach of Seseh, with its important temple, sits just in front of the villa, while other famous surfing beaches, such as Echo Beach and Batu Bolong are also within easy driving distance.

Outdoor living areas

Spread over 5000 square metres of landscaped land, this magical property boasts a beautiful outdoor space with abundance of tropical plants and large manicured lawns. This are features a 20 meters long swimming pool with large deck, an open-sided pool pavilion with comfy daybeds and sunken sit-up bar, an alfresco dining area with table for 10 and a lovely traditional balé with ocean and temple views.

This amazing property also offers volleyball court.

Indoor living areas

Inside the villa is as gorgeous as its outdoor spaces. There are numerous bright living areas guests can feel rejuvenated by, including the main living room, located on the first floor of the main pavilion. This open-sided room with vaulted roof and multiple seating areas offers a spectacular view over the ocean. On the ground floor of the same pavilion guests will instead enjoy a media room with 60” flat screen TV, multiple-zone Bose music system and billiard table.

The air-conditioned dining pavilion is located just next to the living building and it is surrounded by bi-fold glass doors on all sides, to offer the most scenic meals. The fully-equipped kitchen with counter-top table that seats five is found in a separate pavilion.

Bedrooms

Villa Semarapura offers five luxurious bedrooms situated in different pavilions for the utmost comfort and privacy. All bedrooms boasts beautiful four-poster king sized beds, except for one that has twin beds.

The master bedroom is tucked away in the property’s far end and opens onto a large private deck with Jacuzzi, breakfast area and double sunbed. The room features a sitting area, a walk-in dressing area, a 40” satellite TV, Bose music system, bar fridge and a large air-conditioned bathroom with double-sized bathtub, double basins, walk-in monsoon shower and private walled garden with tropical shower.

The two “Garden Suites” are located in separate pavilions and boasts outdoor seating areas, 32” satellite TVs, Bose iPod dock and air-conditioned bathrooms with bathtub, rain shower and private gardens.

The remaining bedrooms are located in the two-storey ocean-view pavilion, each with its private entrance, large terrace with breakfast area, TV sets and private ensuite with monsoon shower (the bedroom on the ground floor also features a bathtub).

Staff

Guests at the villa will be pampered by the 16 professional and friendly staff. The team is lead by a villa manager and includes a talented chef, housekeepers and security guards. A 16-seat minibus with driver will also be available for 8 consecutive hours at a special rate!

We stayed at villa semarapura for our wedding just a few weeks ago, I don't even know where to begin! Us and our bridal party all had the pleasure of staying in this amazing villa during our stay at Cemagi and we were not disappointed, the staff were so friends and the food was amazing! They were so helpful with every aspect of our stay including arranging travel,last minute food or massages and it was the perfect location for our wedding being just a stones throw away from the magical black sand beach and just minutes from beautiful rice fields. We couldn't recommend this enough and cannot wait to go back Thank you so much for everything the memories will last a lifetime

We stayed at Semarapura with our 3 young kids some friends and family for 2 weeks in September. What an amazing experience! Eddy & his staff made us feel so welcome. They were amazing with the kids, treating them like their own. The food?! The chefs, Kadek and Eddy, are so talented! Every meal was delicious. The villa itself is beautiful. Very well maintained and clean. We also had our wedding there. It was perfect. To the staff, Surya, Sudhyana, Ayu, G'day, Evie, Kadek & Eddy, thank u so much for making our stay wonderful. We will cherish our time there forever.
