Villa Markisa is a beautiful 5 bedroom villa located on the cliff top overlooking the amazing Pandawa beach in the Bukit peninsula, the island’s southernmost area. This is a stunning unspoilt beach, far from the crowded touristic areas of Seminyak and Canggu, yet close to some of the most visited hotpots in Bali: the beautiful white sanded beaches that characterise this peninsula, glorious surf spots, world renowned cliff top clubs and spectacular golf courses. The villa is also few minutes drive away from the sacred cliff temple of Uluwatu and the fine dining establishments of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.
The property is part of the luxury complex Pandawa Cliff Estate, which comprises three other amazing villas: Villa Rose, The Pala and Villa Marie. Together these properties offer 21 gorgeous bedrooms. This, coupled with the beautifully landscaped cliff top gardens, large decked areas and a 5-star service offered by a team of professionals, make this estate a wedding and special event venue par excellence. Outdoor living areas
Villa Markisa’s gorgeous outdoor area consists in a large tropical garden with manicured lawns, offering spectacular ocean views. This space features three swimming pools, two found attached to the guests pavilion and one part of the stunning master suite.
The garden also offers a cliff-edge pavilion with table for 8 overlooking the stunning ocean and an ocean-view sun deck.
Indoor living areas
Villa Markisa has been designed to offer optimum flexibility and its accommodation is arranged as a pair of two-storey interconnecting apartments with two bedrooms each and a superb ocean-vista master suite. All three pavilions feature air-conditioned living and dining areas and kitchenettes.
The beautiful garden living pavilion is instead the social heart of the villa. This open-sided space offers a dining table for 8, a seating area and four guest washrooms, the ideal spot to organise unforgettable alfresco dinners.
Bedrooms
The property counts five beautiful and spacious bedrooms. The stunning master suite is located in the cliff-front stand-alone pavilion and boasts a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with bathtub and monsoon shower.
The four beautiful guests suites are instead all located in the same two-storey pavilion, two on each level. All four bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with bathtub, monsoon shower and walk-in wardrobe. Two are configured as kings and two as twins, but all can be set up as either.
Staff
The amazing staff of the villa will assist guests in every need they might have during the stay. The team is led by two managers and comprises a chef, a driver, a spa therapist, butlers, housekeepers, pool attendants and gardeners. Included in the rate is the free use of a car and daily breakfast for all guests!
