Villa Kyah is a beautiful 3 bedrooms villa, situated in Seminyak, close to Jalan Laksmana, also known as ‘Eat Street’ and the beach of Seminyak. The location of Villa Kyah provides also an easy access to most of Bali’s hot spots, Canggu and the touristic area of Kuta and Legian, Ubud and the center of the island and the southmost peninsula, Bukit with all its amazing beaches and surf spots.
Upon entering the residence you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful large swimming pool surrounded by tropical plants and sun loungers. This is the ideal place where to refresh and relax after an ‘hard day’ visiting Bali.
The main living area is a spacious and open space, facing the swimming pool and the garden. This space comprises a lounge corner with a large flat screen TV, a solid timber dining table and an open western style kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare your own dishes.
Villa Kyah features three comfortable bedrooms, making the villa perfect to accommodate up to 6 guests. One of the bedrooms is located just off the main living area and features a queen size bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe, a flat screen TV and a private en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms overlook the swimming pool and feature king-sized beds, dressing tables, safety deposit boxes in the wardrobe and stylish en-suite bathrooms with semi-open rain showers and exclusive guest amenities.
The villa is served by a professional and friendly staff. The manager and his team will always be on hand to address any inquiries you may have and will assist you in order to make your stay in the villa as relaxing as possible.

Our family are currently staying at Villa Kyah. The Villa is beautiful, better in real life than the website shows. The garden is just lovely. The staff have been ever helpful and Putu,with her constant smile and warm nature has made our stay here special. The kids have loved her pancakes and noodle dishes. We will definitely be back

5/56 of us stayed here for 9 days in January. Everyone enjoyed the facilities and we especially liked cooling off in the pool after being out and about for dinner. The absolute highlight was coming out of our rooms to find a delicious breakfast of fruits, eggs, bacon and pancakes awaiting us each day and Putus' lovely greeting and smile. Thank you.
