Villa Kinaree is a gorgeous 4 bedroom luxury villa tucked in a quiet lane, right in the heart of the famed Oberoi district in Seminyak. This location is unbeatable as it is just a five minute walk from the beach with the renowned Ku De Ta beach club where guests can enjoy delicious dinners and drinks while admiring Bali's world famous sunsets. The prestigious Jalan Kayu Aya, aka “Eat street”, packed with chic boutiques, healthy cafés and acclaimed restaurants such as Ultimo, Chandi and Mamasan, is also just a short stroll away from the villa. For even larger groups, the villa can be rented together with the sister property, Villa Kinara. The whole estate can host up to 20 guests, or even more if extra beds are added!
Living areas
Villa Kinaree is a uniquely designed tropical Balinese villa characterised by elegant interiors and all the modern amenities guests can wish for. The lush tropical garden is one of the highlights of this beautiful property and with its peaceful atmosphere and calming waterfalls, will create the perfect ambience to relax in utter tranquillity. At the center of the outdoor space sparkles the salt-water swimming pool, tiled with beautiful natural stones, and featuring poolside sun loungers and inflatable lounging chairs, the perfect place to enjoy drinks together after a long day spent exposing the beauties of Bali, perhaps while floating on the refreshing pool.
The indoor living spaces of the villa are as luxurious as the outdoors. The property boasts both an open-sided lounge area and a tastefully furnished air-conditioned living space. The open plan living room features a billiard table, a large lounge sofa with stylish red pillows and an elegant bar area. The air-conditioned living space overlooks the pool area through glass sliding doors and features an L-shaped sofa set in front of a 55” flat screen TV with quality sound system and large selection of movies. A beautiful dining area with gorgeous teak dining table and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar complete the sophisticated living areas of the property.
Bedrooms
Villa Kinaree offers four gorgeous and comfortable bedrooms. The luxurious master suite is located on the upper floor of the bedroom pavilion and enjoys access to a large private balcony. This beautiful and elegantly furnished room is extremely large and features timber floors, luxury king-size bed, flat-screen TV, spacious dressing room and huge en-suite bathroom with rain-shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. The other three bedrooms feature king-size beds, spacious wardrobes with safe box and private bathrooms with a rain shower.The first two guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor and open up to the terrace, with direct access to the pool area. While the third guest bedroom is found on the first floor of the living pavilion and has access to a private balcony overlooking the garden. This room can also double as a media lounge, since it boasts a massive smart TV and a comfortable sofa.
Staff
The villa complex is serviced by a team of 14 full time professionals, who will cater to the guests every needs. The team includes a manager, a dedicated butler, housekeeping and security.

We stayed here for 7 nights enroute to Kuta and very loved it. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and courteous. The villa was large and beautifully furnished. The toiletries in the bathroom were luxurious and the towels very thick and soft. The pool was adequate with lots of sun loungers and the butlers service for food and drinks. A large decanter with sliced oranges and iced water was available for guests and factor 50 sun cream to use. Seminyak beach is 5 minutes walk away but the area the villa is in is much quieter and peaceful. In all a very relaxing, pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

5/5Amazing pool, amazing food, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden with palm trees. The staff of the villa has been really helpful and is really an exceptional host. We went there with our two kids aged 5 & 2, and our 88 year old granny! We absolutely made the right thing by choosing villa Kinaree. We'll definitely be back. Strongly recommended if you are staying with young kids and elderly people
