Description
Villa Kailasha is a stunning beachfront 9-bedroom villa located in the small traditional village of Dukuh, two minutes walk from the black sanded Kelating Beach, just north of Tanah Lot.
Although the location is quite remote, with no restaurants and bars in the area except for local warungs and the five-star Alila Villas Soori (300 meters away) which has a fine-dining restaurant and bar, guests will have the opportunity to experience the traditional way of life of the villagers and their sacred ceremonies.
The beautiful unspoilt beach, popular with surfers, is perfect for walks and to admire the famed Balinese sunset, although it is not ideal for swimming activities as the rip currents can be quite challenging.
The most touristic areas of the island are also not far from the villa: Canggu is only 30 minutes drive away, while Seminyak can be reached in 50 minutes.
Outdoor living areas
The stunning and extensive garden is surely one of the villa’s highlights. Beautifully manicured and featuring terraced lawns, water features and gorgeous orchard trees, this will be the ideal place to spend unforgettable moments with family and friends or to host special events, as the space can host up to 150 guests!
The beautiful 14-meter infinity pool is positioned at the edge of the garden, facing the ocean and giving you the opportunity to relax on one of the sun lounger at the sound of the crashing waves. Next to it is also a small table to enjoy unforgettable breakfasts.
Indoor living areas
Villa Kailasha will charm guests with its classic architecture, stylish interiors, tropical open space design and modern facilities. The main central pavilion hosts the grand living space, an airy and open-sided room featuring multiple sitting areas.
The dining area is located in a separate open-sided pavilion with soaring roof and overlooks the majestic garden.
The villa also offers a second lounge/meeting area on the upper floor. This gorgeously furnished room is air-conditioned and features a large table, sitting areas, a flat screen TV and a stunning huge terrace with views over the ocean. Next to this space is also a spa room.
Bedrooms
The property offers nine bedrooms and can comfortably host up to 18 people!
The master suite is found on a detached pavilion positioned on the left side of the main living area and it features a lounge room with a sofa and a flat screen TV, a walk-in wardrobe, a comfortable king size bed and a patio overlooking the ocean beyond the lush garden. The suite also boasts a lavish bathroom featuring a gorgeous bathtub.
Guest bedrooms number 1 and 2 are found on private pavilions positioned on either side of the main building. These suites also enjoy amazing ocean views and feature king size beds, flat screen TVs and en suite bathrooms with showers.
The guest bedroom number 3 is also located in a separate pavilion overlooking the ocean. This bedroom features twin beds, a daybed, a private bathroom with shower and a patio facing the garden.
The remaining five bedrooms are instead found on two different buildings located behind the main villa. All suites feature private bathrooms and private entrances. Three of these have been furnished with king size beds and two with twins.
Staff
The amazing staff of the villa is lead by a local manager and will attend every need you might have. The team includes a cook, a butler, housekeeping staff and security guards. Babysitters, drivers, masseuse and a yoga instructor can also be arranged on request (extra cost).

Large 3 bedder villa away from the hustle and bustle. Short walk to the beach - perfect spot to catch the sunset. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice place for a short getaway with friends or family without breaking the bank.

3/5Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very spacious living quarters and gardens. Scenic view at private pool overlooking the sea. Reasonably priced local food and massages available. Good as a private villa getaway from crowded city areas, but slightly inconvenient if you intend to travel around Bali much.
