Description
Villa Jamalu is a fantastic 4 bedroom villa located in Jimbaran, the largest town in the beautiful Bukit Peninsula. The property sits perched high on a hill, overlooking the calm waters of Jimbaran Bay and its lovely beach, renowned for the amazing seafood restaurants.
This gorgeous area of Bali is mostly famous for its beautiful white sanded beaches and world class surf breaks. Guests at the villa will have places such as Padang Padang, Bingin, Balangan, Nusa Dua and Dreamland, at easy driving distance.
Outdoor living areas
The centrepiece of the villa is the beautiful 12 meter swimming pool, where guests can spend a fun time together or relax sunbathing on one of the comfortable loungers. The beautiful poolside balé, furnished with comfy cushions, is also a great place to unwind. Another highlight of the outdoor area is the gorgeous rooftop terrace fitted with all-weather lounges, BBQ grill and an alfresco dining table for 12.
Indoor living areas
Villa Jamalu will exceed all guests expectation by offering a great number of indoor living spaces, spread within the three stylishly furnished levels.
There are three lounge and entertainment areas featuring comfortable sofas, quality Bose sound system and TVs. The top floor living area is a spacious and airy room with stunning view, featuring a lounge corner with 50” flat screen TV, a 12 seater dining table and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor living room overlooks the pool and features comfortable sofas and a Playstation, while the basement lounge is probably the most entertaining area, equipped with a full-size billiard table, drinks fridge, comfortable seating and a TV.
The well equipped gym and the lovely massage room complete the gorgeous indoor living spaces of the villa.
Bedrooms
The two beautiful master bedrooms of the property are fitted with king size four poster beds, TVswith DVD players and iPod docking stations. Both rooms are serviced by opulent marble ensuites: the ground floor bathroom featuring a tub while the upper floor one has a Jacuzzi. The top floor suite also boasts an amazing panoramic view over the ocean.
The other two guests suites are located on the ground floor and feature large glass doors opening directly onto the pool, king size beds, additional trundle beds provided for children (extra cost), iPod docking stations and luxurious bathrooms with shower.
Staff
The staff of the property is arguably one of the most friendly and professional team you will ever meet. The talented chef will cook delicious meal in Asian and Western cuisines (extra cost) while the villa manager will help you with your itinerary needs and special requests. The rest of the staff, which includes housekeepers, security, and a pool attendant, are members of the local community and will show you the renowned Balinese hospitality.

5/5We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. First time staying in Jimbaran which is quieter and was a nice change. We were four couples and the four suites each with their own ensuites were luxe. Super comfortable beds and pillows. House manager Milani took care of any requests very efficiently. Chef Komang was simply fantastic. Delicious breakfasts with poached eggs, fruit, anything we wanted. We enjoyed some lunches and dinners at the villa as well when we didn't want to go out. On our one rainy day we enjoyed having a yoga instructor take our class in the massive basement space which is next to a well equipped gym. Also in the basement is a double massage room and we enjoyed masseuses coming to the house several times. When we wanted to tour around, Milani organised driver Ketut and he was brilliant! After 30 years of visiting Bali, best driver I've had. Leaving the best til last - THE VIEW! The massive pool and upstairs spaces all look out over magnificent Jimbaran Bay. It's worth noting that the beach is about 7-10 minutes stroll away but does involve a lot of steps. For our older guests, they were just dropped off in the car. Highly recommend this lovely villa.
