Villa Fenosa 2

Our experience in Villa Fenosa has been absolutely amazing, we could not have asked for anything better. Suci and her team Agung, Asta, Wayan and Komang were all so welcoming & accommodating, it made us feel really comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We stayed for the total of 11 nights and during our stay, we had to ask for the team’s help - such as getting sim cards and activating it, booking a spa, booking home massage, buying rose petals, sending our laundries and many more. Suci always helped us with all our requests, and it was a big big help to us, as we would’ve been a little lost with all the small problems we faced. Because of the wonderful team in Villa Fenosa, our trip to Bali has been extra extra special. We especially loved having conversations with Suci, she is so passionate and genuine, we just loved her so much. We were asking her a lot of questions and she patiently taught us a little bit of their culture and religion, which helped us better understand Bali in general. The times we spent together with the team were just so special and inspiring. Overall, it was the best experience - our villa was always clean, the complimentary breakfasts (mi goreng & nasi goreng & fresh juices) were so so good, the location was perfect to get around, but most importantly Suci and her team made it 10 times better. I just wish we could give more than 5 stars! It was hard saying goodbyes, but next time we’re coming back, we will definitely be looking for Suci again! Thanks for the great memories!
