Villa Emmy is a beautiful and modern 4 bedroom villa located in one of the most sought-after and chic areas of Seminyak. The villa is part of a modern villa complex situated in the Laksmana area, only 200m from the beach and the best restaurants of the island, places such as La Lucciola, Metis, KuDeTa and Potato Head. Within walking distance you will also have chic boutiques, famous spas and Pura Petitenget, one of Bali’s most sacred temples, the perfect place to assist to amazing ceremonies. The location of the villa offers also easy access to many other hotspots of the island, Sunset Road is few minutes away and will be the perfect gateway to the eastern and southern part of the island. Guest are also offered a complimentary membership to Finns Recreation Club, which has prestigious sport facilities, fun activities for kids, and a choice of venues for dining and relaxing.
The villa
The beautifully manicured garden is the perfect place to spend amazing moments with your family or friends. You can relax on one of the numerous sun loungers or on the gorgeous and large gazebo, surrounded by colorful plants and exotic trees. The lovely swimming pool is set just in front of the large balé and has a shallow area for kids.
The living area is set in a beautiful enclosed space, where the modern design blends perfectly with the traditional furniture. This area comprises a lounge corner with rattan sofas, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a study room equipped with 40” flat screen TV, DVD player, quality sound system, iPod dock and a personal computer. This room can also be converted into bedroom with its king sized sofa bed upon request.
Villa Emmy offers three comfortable bedrooms, all featuring king size beds, LCD TVs and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is situated on the top floor and boasts a lovely furnished terrace. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor and have direct access to the pool area.

The villa is serviced by a highly professional staff that will assist you in every detail. Whether you are looking for in-villa massages, transport, tours or any other service you may need, just ask to the butler and he/her will make it happen! To make your stay even more comfortable a talented chef will be available to prepare delicious dishes from the in-villa menu.

We had high hopes for Villa Jemma after spending countless hours searching websites for villa accommodation. We were not disappointed! Villa Jemma was perfect! The photos do not do it justice. It is situated in a very quiet and secure laneway, along with other private villas. It was a short walk to restaurants, bars and Ku De Ta, and with 24 hour security it felt very safe, which was important as we were travelling with young kids. There were 4 adults and 3 kids in our group, and there was more than enough room. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, and the food including breakfast was fantastic! The villa lived up to our expectations in every way and we would happily return to Jemma again! Thanks to Santi, Wayan, Summer and the team for a memorable trip!

5/5This Villa was the best I have stayed at in Bali.Santi and the staff were amazing and very obliging.They served up beautiful breakfasts and were also on hand with coffee and drinks when asked.The proximity to all restaurants and shopping was great.Would certainly stay there again.The rooms were kept very clean and were very comfortable. It has a beautiful swimming pool with plenty of sun also shade if needed.
