Villa Anahit is a gorgeous 4 bedroom cliff top villa part of the luxury Karang Saujana Estate, located in the amazing Bukit Peninsula, Bali’s southernmost area. This is one of the most beautiful part of the island, still relatively unspoilt and undeveloped. The closest beach is the gorgeous Pandawa, sometimes called Secret Beach due to its hidden positioned, as it is located behind beautiful limestone cliffs.
This area and the luxury estate will offer guest a more authentic and relaxing experience and breathtaking views over the Indian Ocean. The most famous white sand beaches of the island, along with world renowned surf spots, are all found in the Bukit Peninsula, guests will have at an easy driving distance places such as Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Balangan and Dreamland!
Outdoor living areas
The spectacular outdoor areas of Villa Anahit are certainly the highlights of this amazing property. The villa is spread over two floors and the infinity swimming pool is found on the upper level, the perfect space to organise unforgettable parties or family gatherings. Next to the pool is a gorgeous terrace with breathtaking view over the ocean, which features an outdoor seating area and low glass panels to keep the children safe without spoiling the view.
The landscaped garden is instead located on the lower level and will offer another amazing space to relax and spend quality time together.
Indoor living areas
The gorgeous entrance of the villa will lead guests to the main living area through a small pathway surrounded by goldfish ponds. The lounge area is a beautiful space characterised by soaring ceilings, marble floors, elegant furnishings and beautiful artworks. The dining corner with thick wood table is set just next to the lounge and offers an amazing view over the pool and the Indian Ocean. A comfortable and air-conditioned media room and a black granite topped kitchen are also found on the top floor, next to the main living area.
Downstairs guests will also enjoy other two living areas, both beautifully furnished and facing the tropical garden.
Bedrooms
Villa Anahit offers four comfortable and luxurious bedrooms, all fitted with air-conditioning and flat screen TVs. The master suite is located on the top floor and overlooks the ocean through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. This beautiful room features a king size bed, marble floors, a double walk-in wardrobe and a luxurious bathroom with tub.
The other three bedrooms are instead found on the lower level. The larger of the three boasts a king size bed, a couch and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub. The remaining two bedrooms are instead furnished with twin beds and feature private bathrooms with showers.
Staff
The property is serviced by an excellent staff. The team includes a villa manager, a butler, maids, a gardener and a maintenance man. Available on-call at extra charges are a babysitter, therapists, drivers and a chef.

5/5The villa is amazing, with super nice ocean view, big swimming pool, nice furniture, and most important super nice attendant! Everything is well prepared and well organized. We stayed there for 5 nights, I only wish we could stay longer. The room is nice and clean, huge public space, 3 living rooms and also nice outdoor area. The breakfast is also nice, and the chef on call makes great pork ribs BBQ! Only down side is the location is a bit far from everything, but do not worry, they can help hire a car very quickly, and the super sea view is worth the travel! Wish to come back again!
