Villa Aiko is a beautiful 4 bedroom with a spectacular hilltop location and a breathtaking view over the Jimbaran bay and the idyllic Bukit Peninsula.
This heavenly property is located just a short drive from the calm and safe white sanded beach of Jimbaran Bay. This seaside area will offer a number of great seafood restaurants, mostly beachside warungs, where the tables are set on the sand, for amazing alfresco sunset dinners. The area around the villa is also home to many 5-star resorts, offering fine dining options. For the most active guests, the beautiful New Kuta Golf course, with its dramatic cliff-top setting, is only four kilometres from the villa, while for those who want to catch some waves, some world class surf spots are a only 20 minute drive away, places such as Padang Padang, Uluwatu and Balangan.
Outdoor living areas
Villa Aiko’s best feature is arguably its stunning view over the Jimbaran bay, which can be enjoyed basically from every area of the property. In its outdoor area the villa offers a gorgeous infinity edged swimming pool, large manicured lawn with sun loungers and an amazing rooftop terrace with alfresco dining table and a number of comfy couches and seats. All amazing places to relax or have a great time between friends and family.
Indoor living areas
Villa Aiko’s design plays with lights, spaces and airiness, balancing all with classic architectural lines and quality materials like teak, marble, granite and recycled ironwood. The amazing indoor living areas are split between the two levels of the villa. On the ground floor we have an air-conditioned dining room with adjoining modern kitchen and lounge corner, and a l ibrary with leather sofas. On the upper level we have a second large living room, fitted with sofas and flat screen TV. On the same floor the villa also offers a massage room and an air-conditioned playroom, equipped with toys, games and a fantastic selection of DVDs, for the whole family to enjoy.
Bedrooms
The villa’s four gorgeous bedrooms are spacious and private, boasting ensuite bathrooms with chic Grohe fixtures and polished wood floors.
The grand master suite is located upstairs and features a plush king size bed, a private balcony adjoining the rooftop terrace, a 42” flat screen TV and a huge tub with fantastic view in the ensuite.
The villa’s remaining three guests bedrooms are all equipped with king size beds, floor-to-ceilings glass doors, flat screen TVs and airy ensuite bathrooms with generous tubs. Two of these rooms are located on the first floor and enjoys furnished balconies facing the pool, while the third bedroom can be accessed from the dining area downstairs.
Staff
The amazing staff of the villa will help make your stay memorable. The professional and friendly team is composed by a villa manager, butler, cook, maids and night time security guards. A car with driver will be standing by for 8 hours and guests can enjoy its services at a special rate.

Imagine a beautiful house with an incredible view of Bali, and with some of the best food you'll find on the island. We had to stop going out to eat because the food they prepared every night was just so good. Putu, the head of the household, is very knowledgable and easy to talk to. The staff is super friendly. For what you are getting, it is a steal. They even have a kids room our daughter fell in love with.

5/5It's really our lucky to choose Villa Aiko, We have never met such a good hotel like it,our whole family were satisfied with it! Completely independent villa and swimming pool, will not be disturbed.The housekeeper, chef, waiters and security,they are all friendly.three days stay was too short,we are looking forward for the next time!
