Seseh Beach Villa I is a gorgeous ocean front 5 bedroom villa located in the rural village of Seseh, only few kilometres north of Canggu. This will offer guests to experience the authentic Balinese way of life and enjoy the beauty of the rice fields that characterise the area. Seseh is a peaceful village that feels like a remote location but that is actually only few kilometres away from the most touristic areas of the island, the vibrant Canggu and Seminyak.
The villa itself is beautiful and rests upon 2000 square metres of land overlooking the ocean. Rented on his own, or together with its sister 6-bedroomed villa Seseh Beach Villa II, it will provide the perfect accommodation to host memorable weddings or luxurious out-of-town escapes for large families and groups of friends.
Outdoor living areas
Upon entering this dream property guests will find themselves immerse in the peaceful back garden decorated with ponds, water features and tropical plants. On the front garden guests will instead find a large lawn, perfect to host weddings or special events, and the gorgeous 17 meters infinity pool with view over the ocean. On each side of the pool is a traditional bale (Balinese gazebo): one is a lounge pavilion featuring comfy sofas and large TV, while the other houses a dining table for amazing sunset alfresco dinners. On the upper floor of the main house, positioned between the master suites, is also a r ooftop terrace furnished with beanbags.
Indoor living areas
The modern and air-conditioned central pavilion houses the main living area and overlooks the front garden through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which can be left open to allow the natural breeze in, for those who prefers the beautiful tropical temperatures. This space comprises a lounge corner featuring 60 ” flat screen TV, DVD player, Xbox and Playstation. Next to it we find the thick wooden dining table, perfect to host up to 10 people, and a bar lounge where the staff can prepare delicious cocktails.
Bedrooms
Seseh Beach Villa I offers five beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, all featuring air-conditioning, TVs, DVD players and safes. The two master suite are located on the upper floor, each boasting a private terrace with ocean view. The bedrooms feature four-poster king-size beds, walk through dressing rooms and a ir-conditioned luxurious bathrooms with indoor showers and oversized terrazzo tubs.
The remaining three bedrooms are also beautiful and feature king-size beds (which can be converted into twins), ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and additional outdoor area with bathtubs. Two of the bedrooms have terraces overlooking the garden and one features a private courtyard with sitting area.
Staff
The caring and professional staff will offer a superb service. The team consists of a villa manager, a talented cook, villa attendants, security and gardeners. A 7-seater car with driver (available for 8 hours a day) is also included in the rate!

5/5It takes more than an hour to get to Seseh Beach from the airport, if the traffic jams are light. Once there, however, you're treated to a well-designed and well-maintained beach villa with an outstanding staff that is responsive, polite and helpful. The beach, about 20 meters from the villa is so-so. Black sand and more of a surfer's beach than a swimmer's. You can go on a pleasant walk north-westwards where it is not overdeveloped. Walk the other direction and you encounter people and the untrammeled development that Bali is getting known for. The villa's well-kept and four of the rooms face the sea. There are two pools - one in front and overlooking the sea, and one behind. The staff are super-attentive and helpful. The only problem some of us felt when there were the sandflies that leave very itchy bites. Also the mosquitoes, although it is no fault of the management's. Mercifully the hotel also provides anti-mosquito sprays forester dark BBQs and dinner outside.
