NicoNico Mansion is a unique 7-bedroom designer villa, unlike anything else in Bali. Staying here feels like stepping into a living art gallery, where traditional, vintage, industrial, colonial, and pop-art styles blend into one striking and playful aesthetic.
Located in the heart of Petitenget, yet tucked away on a quiet lane, the villa offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. You’ll be just a short walk from the beach, Potato Head Beach Club, and the famous Eat Street lined with restaurants, boutiques, and lively bars.
Outdoor living areas
The lush garden is made for long, sunny days at home. A refreshing swimming pool sits at the center, surrounded by greenery, sun loungers, and open space for kids to play. Relax on the swing bench, drift to sleep in the hammock, sunbathe, swim, read, or fire up the BBQ for a fun meal outdoors.
Indoor living areas
Step through the entrance hall and you’re greeted with vintage décor, antiques, chandeliers, framed art, and curated collectibles. The main pavilion spans two floors, offering multiple lounge spaces to unwind. A large dining table sits alongside a comfortable leather sofa overlooking the garden and pool. The state-of-the-art kitchen features a playful bar with seats like a swing, wooden horse, and bicycle.
For entertainment, enjoy the ping-pong table downstairs and the billiard table upstairs.
Bedrooms
Each of the seven themed bedrooms is a masterpiece on its own, fully air-conditioned and fitted with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
On the ground level are the Japanese Room and Pop Art Room. Upstairs you’ll find the Romantic, Colonial, Chinese, White, and Black rooms, each with its own personality and décor touches.
Some rooms include extra comforts such as a mini fridge, private balcony, or daybed perfect for a child or additional guest.
Staff
You’ll enjoy warm, attentive hospitality throughout your stay. The villa manager is available to assist with requests, transportation, spa treatments, special arrangements, and local recommendations. NicoNico Mansion is absolutely amazing. Total luxury, the photos don’t do it justice. The architecture, art, garden and pool are all stunning. The staff provided exceptional service and made us all feel at home. This villa was the perfect base for exploring nearby restaurants and shops, although it was so fun hanging out there we didn’t want to leave. Cannot recommend highly enough for a large group of friends or a couple of families.
