Description
The Ku Estate is a luxurious tropical retreat consisting of two individual properties, offering a total of 8 bedrooms: Villa Ku Dua and Villa Ku Empat. The properties boasts an amazing location in the heart of the vibrant Seminyak. Guests will have at a short stroll distance the renowned Jalan Kayu Aya, aka Eat Street, which is home to some of the trendiest restaurants, cafes and boutiques of the island. The amazing Seminyak beach with its world famous beach clubs is also only 15 minutes walk away!
Outdoor living areas
Each villa is characterised by its own style but both boasts beautiful lush gardens with swimming pools and sun loungers, the perfect spaces to enjoy the amazing tropical weather and relax in utter peace. Villa Ku Empat is the largest property and in its outdoor area features also a traditional cushioned bale (gazebo), just ideal to enjoy an in-villa massage treatment!
Indoor living areas
Both living pavilions are beautifully furnished gorgeous open spaces that will let guests enjoy a lovely view of the verdant gardens. Villa Ku Empat living area is characterised by a high vaulted thatched roof, a massive wooden dining table and a beautiful large sofa. This villa also features a bar area and a state-of-the-art gym!
At Villa Ku Dua guests will instead find a fully equipped kitchen that comes with all necessary appliances needed for cooking. In the living area this property also offer a large flat screen TV and a long dining table.
Bedrooms
The Ku Estate counts a total of eight beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, all tastefully decorated and fitted with large glass doors opening on to the tropical gardens. All suites feature king size double beds, spacious wardrobes, flat screen TVs and en suite bathrooms with rain showers and bathtubs.
Staff
The friendly and attentive team will take care of the guests and all their requests. A delicious daily breakfast is included in the rate and various extra services can be easily arranged by the villa manager and his team.

This place was better than we could have imagined - even better than the photo’s! The staff were really helpful and cooked us feasts at night, which we found perfect for a large group of people, as finding a restaurant to accommodate us all would have been really difficult. Would definitely recommend this villa! Thanks again!
