Description
The Kaba Kaba Estate is a stupendous 8 bedroom luxury villa that occupies three acres of gorgeously manicured gardens in the quiet traditional village of Kaba Kaba, in the Tabanan Regency. Known as Bali’s "rice bowl", this beautiful area will promise to offer guests the most authentic Balinese experience. The local villagers follow the rhythms of their ancestors and guests can witness the island’s traditional way of life, basically unchanged in generations, simply a unique experience.
One of the faster growing touristic destinations in the island, Canggu, is only 10 kilometres away, which, together with the vibrant Seminyak, will offer guests fine dining options, organic cafes, renowned spas, unique boutiques and famed surf beaches. Bali’s signature sea temple of Tanah Lot and the famous Jatiluwih rice paddy fields are very close as well, both a must visit destination.
The villa itself it’s just breathtaking, offering an abundance of indoor and outdoor hang out spots along with luxurious facilities to keep guests so much entertained that they will hardly want to leave this heavenly property. And as a wedding venue, it’s simply marvellous!
Outdoor living areas
Upon entering the estate you will be stunned by the spectacular setting: a huge garden, with manicured lawns and gorgeous palm trees, extending into a sea of rice terraces, with the sacred Mount Agung on the horizon.
This enormous space boasts a gorgeous 25 meters swimming pool, two plunge pools located one by the master suite and one by one of the guests bedrooms, and a wading pool ideal for kids. Another children favourite is the lovely duck pond, where they will have fun feeding the resident ducks.
Other amazing outdoor facilities are: the h uge rooftop space for amazing sunset drinks (with performance area, covered bar and traditional balé), the superb private tennis court and the croquet lawn.
Indoor living areas
The Kaba Kaba Estate offers a perfect combination of open-sided spaces, following the tropical Balinese way, and air-conditioned living areas. The main lounge room is a formal and air-conditioned area opening onto the pool. This space has been beautifully furnished and filled with gorgeous antiques that might as well be hosted by a museum. The l arge dining pavilion is fitted with a six-metre-long table for 18 and features a guest kitchen with bar, wine fridge and coffee machine. Behind this space is the service kitchen where the villa chef will create his amazing dishes.
The villa has also other amazing spaces equipped to entertain guests of every age. There is media room with 106” retractable projector screen, 60” flat screen TV, Wii and Bose quality sound system for full-blown entertainment. The beautiful g ames room with air hockey, table football and walk-in playroom with toys, will also be a kids favorite.
The property is also well equipped to satisfy those guests who are looking to stay fit and healthy: for them there is an air-conditioned gym and a dedicated spa room with two massage tables, stone bathtub, private garden and balé.
A beautiful l ibrary with good collection of books and two more living areas located in the guest pavilions, complete the amazing indoor living spaces for the estate.
Bedrooms
The Kaba Kaba Estate counts eight amazing and extremely comfortable bedrooms, all featuring high quality King Koil mattresses, 32” flat screen TVs with DVD/BlueRay players (except for the children's bunk room), iPod docks, dressing rooms and private air-conditioned bathrooms with statement bathtubs and walk-in showers.
The stunning master bedroom boasts a huge pillared king size bed positioned on a raised platform, p rivate sundeck with plunge pool and rice paddies view and a huge ensuite fitted with an amazing sunken bathtub set within a private walled garden.
The other seven guest bedrooms are all located in different areas of the estate: two on the second floor of the main pavilion, two by the Pilisan pavilion, and three in the Pande pavilion. One of these rooms is furnished with two sets of bunk beds, therefore ideal for kids, while the others have king sized canopied beds (two of which configurable as twins)
Staff
Kaba Kaba Estate’s staff is exceptional as the facilities of the property. A professional and dedicated staff will look after the you with the typically warm Balinese hospitality. The team is composed of butlers, maids, security guards and a talented chef. A car with driver to explore the islands hotspots is included in the rate, and bicycles are also provided as complimentary.

The Villa is just beyond anything I could have imagined and is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in. The generous amounts of space, manicured gardens and amazing art collection are just a few of the things that give it the wow factor! It's 8 bedrooms set over 4 wings each with slightly different decor and living areas provided my more than enough space to spread out and relax. As amazing as a Villa can be it's nothing without excellent staff and the team at Kaba Kaba were very attentive without being intrusive all under the watchful eye of Rahmet. He meet every request with a smile and a no problem attitude makes him a true asset. He was particularly helpful before I arrived in helping make bookings at local restaurants and bars as well. Thank you very much to all involved for making my 40th a fun and special time for us all.

5/5The Kaba Kaba Estate is an island of luxurious perfection which you will neither want nor need to leave. We stayed for 4 nights for a friends birthday celebrations and could not find fault with the facility or the staff who's attention and service was superb. I can not recommend Kaba Kaba highly enough. I will be back.
