CC Villa is a beautiful and large 3 bedroom villa located in Seminyak, only 5 minutes drive to one of the most central road in this vibrant town, the famous Jalan Kayu Aya, a.k.a. Eat Street. The location of the villa is also very strategic as it is slightly outside the most central and trafficked touristic area, yet close to one of Bali main road, Sunset Road, so that guests can have easier access to some of the other amazing locations of the island, renowned places like Ubud, Canggu, Sanur and the Bukit Peninsula.
Outdoor living areas
The beautiful and gorgeously kept tropical garden is surely one of the highlights of the property. This large space will offer the perfect spot to relax or spend quality time with family and friends. The high concrete walls will ensure the guest privacy and the turquoise swimming pool will be the ideal place to refresh after a long day spent exploring what Bali has to offer. At the end of the garden is also a lovely open-sided pavilion with dining table and bar, perfect to organise amazing alfresco dinners!
Indoor living areas
The beautiful living room of the villa is a well decorated and air-conditioned space overlooking the garden through large sliding glass doors. This room, as the rest of the house, is characterised by a tasteful use of natural woods, both in the furnishings and the walls, which helps creating a cosy and warm ambience. The living room comprises a lounge corner with L-shaped sofa set in front of a flat screen TV, a beautiful thick wooden dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bedrooms
All three bedrooms of the villa are set around this central living space. The master bedroom is the largest of the three and features floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors opening on to the garden, a comfortable queen size bed, a flat screen TV and a beautiful en suite bathroom with bathtub. The other two suites are also fitted with queen size beds, TVs and private bathrooms. One of these has a bathtub.
Staff
The amazing and professional staff of the villa will take care of every guests’ needs. A villa manager will be in charge to organise the team in its daily routines and housekeeping is provided every morning. A daily breakfast is also included in the rate and other extra services, such as transportation, tours organisation and babysitting, can be easy arranged upon request.
