Description
The Alarte Estate brings together two elegant villas side by side, the 5-bedroom Villa Arte and the 4-bedroom Villa Alami, forming a spacious 9-bedroom retreat ideal for families and groups of up to 18 guests.
Tucked along a peaceful lane in central Seminyak, the estate places you within walking distance of Seminyak Beach, as well as an endless selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, spas, and boutique shops. The lively Jalan Kayu Aya (Eat Street) is just moments away, while iconic beach clubs such as Potato Head, Ku De Ta, and Finns, along with nearby hotspots like Berawa and Canggu, are all easily accessible by car.
Villa Arte
The highlight of the property is surely its huge and spectacular garden: a lush oasis characterised by well-manicured lawns and exotic plants, the perfect space to host barbecue parties or to have kids playing and running around.
At the center of it, is a gorgeous 15-meter swimming pool fitted with sun loungers, beanbags and parasols. Ideal to refresh, regenerate or simply relax while catching a gorgeous tropical tan.
The beautiful tropical open-plan living pavilion offers a wonderful view of the garden and direct access to the sparkling pool. This living space exudes sophistication and elegance, blending seamlessly a contemporary design with traditional elements like the high soaring roof and gorgeous local artworks.
At the center of this open-sided pavilion, overlooking the pool, is a built-in sofa, fitted with chic red pillows. On its sides are a TV lounge and a beautiful thick wood dining table, positioned on an elevated plateau. The living area also comprises a fully-equipped kitchen.
Villa Arte features five comfortable and spacious bedrooms, all air-conditioned and decorated with ethnic artworks.
The master suite opens onto the pool deck through full-length glass sliding doors and features a king size bed, positioned on a wooden plateau draped in elegant white curtains, and a private semi-outdoor tropical bathroom.
Of the four guest suites three are furnished with king size beds and one with twin beds. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, except for the twin suite, which shares the bathroom with one of the others.
Villa Amami
The villa’s centerpiece is a stunning swimming pool, complete with a shallow section ideal for young guests, surrounded by plush sun loungers nestled in a tropical garden.
Guests can unwind poolside under shaded umbrellas or enjoy a refreshing drink on the stylish terrace, which offers a serene space for relaxation or dining amid lush greenery and vibrant blooms.
Villa Alami’s interiors combine comfort and style, with an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the indoors to the outdoors, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen is designed for ease and enjoyment, while the adjoining dining area seats up to eight, ideal for intimate dinners. The lounge, outfitted with a Smart TV and ample seating, provides a cozy setting for entertainment and relaxation.
Each of Villa Alami’s four spacious bedrooms is designed as a private sanctuary, exuding elegance and tranquility. With tasteful decor, ample wardrobe space, and air conditioning, these rooms ensure a restful night’s sleep.
Two of the bedrooms on the ground floor open directly to the poolside, offering enchanting views, while the two upper-level bedrooms feature private terraces with serene garden views.
Staff
The estate comes with a professional and friendly staff, which will be assisting guests and will take care of the household. Extra services and staff, such as babysitter, in-villa meals and transport can also be easily arranged upon request.

The villa staff are friendly, nearby got a lot of restaurants with walking distance and a lots of spa/ massage shops, can walk/jog to beach about 15-20minutes, by taxi about IDR20-30k.
