Villa Tana Takah is a stunning 3-bedroom designer villa masterminded by architect Andre Simapranata of Asimapra. Built in 2023, this 400 sqm modern minimalist retreat is located in the heart of Pererenan, Canggu, and has been featured in prestigious publications such as Archdaily and RETREAT Magazine.
The unique architectural design comprises two separate buildings connected by a sky bridge, offering a perfect balance of communal living and individual privacy. Its prime location places guests just a short drive from popular Canggu and Pererenan beaches, as well as the area's most trendy cafes and restaurants.
Outdoor living areas
The outdoor space is a tropical haven designed for both activity and relaxation, centered around an 8m-long pool with a child-friendly shallow end. Guests can socialize at the poolside bar, enjoy a game of table tennis, or soak in the sun on the provided lounge chairs.
A major highlight of the property is the rooftop terrace and garden, which provides a serene elevated space to unwind. Additionally, the sky bridge offers a unique bird's eye view over the entire pool and garden area.
Indoor living areas
The interiors feature an open-plan living and dining area decorated with stylish, modern furniture to create a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. For entertainment, the air-conditioned lounge is equipped with a 53-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Harman Kardon bluetooth speakers, and a collection of books and board games.
Culinary enthusiasts can utilize the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a coffee machine and essential appliances, while the adjacent indoor dining area features a rectangular table that can seat up to six guests.
Bedrooms
The villa accommodates up to six adults across three air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms featuring king-size beds and blackout curtains. The master bedroom is located in its own separate building for enhanced privacy and includes a private balcony, a Smart TV, and a dressing table.
The first block houses the remaining two guest rooms, which also feature Smart TVs and garden and pool views. Each room is provided with fresh linens, drinking water, and a daily turn-down service for maximum comfort.
Staff
A dedicated villa team, including a villa manager, attendants, gardener, and security, ensures an effortless stay with daily housekeeping and a daily continental breakfast included in the rate.
For those seeking an elevated experience, a private chef is available on request to prepare tailored meals from Western, Indonesian, or Asian cuisines. 5/5We had a wonderful time at this beautiful villa. Restaurants are all close by if you want to go out. But we enjoyed staying in is as well, since the entire place is indoors with AC. Neighbors are doing some construction work but it barely bothered my family 😊
