Villa Amara Pradi is a beautifully designed and superbly located 4-bedroom luxury villa, offering generous open-plan spaces and a refined modern aesthetic. Spanning two levels, the villa combines high-end finishes with effortless tropical living.

Tucked at the end of a quiet lane in fashionable Seminyak, it places you within walking distance of Petitenget Beach (10 minutes) and iconic beach clubs such as La Lucciola, Mano Beach House, Ku De Ta, and Woobar. Trendy cafés, boutique shops, and gourmet restaurants are all just steps away.

Outdoor living areas

The villa’s outdoor space centres around a beautifully landscaped tropical garden, perfect for yoga, meditation, or relaxing in the island breeze. A striking 15-metre swimming pool stretches through the property, inviting refreshing dips throughout the day. Six comfortable sun loungers line the poolside, ideal for sunbathing with a cocktail or settling in with a good book.

At one end, an elegant open-sided pavilion with sofa seatings offers a shaded lounge area for afternoon conversations or pre-dinner drinks.

Indoor living areas

Inside, Villa Amara Pradi embraces a modern Balinese-inspired aesthetic, blending earthy tones with clean contemporary lines. The enclosed living room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a smart TV and sound system, offering a comfortable space to unwind. The adjoining dining area features a 10-seater table, perfect for shared meals. A fully equipped designer kitchen provides everything you need, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, stove, wine glasses, and all essential cookware, ideal whether you’re preparing light snacks or arranging private chef service.

Bedrooms

All four bedrooms are spacious and designed with comfort in mind. Each features its own ensuite bathroom, along with serene pool or garden views framed by large sliding glass doors that fill the rooms with natural light. Two bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds, while the remaining two have twin beds that can be converted into doubles on request.

Breakfast was good considering our dietary restrictions. mila and rudy were extremely helpful, always with a smile. the rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The approach to the villa was too narrow. we were 6 of us staying there for 5 nights, and we arrived in a minivan, it was very difficult to get the van to the villa.
