Description
Villa Seascape is a stunning, picture-perfect, beachfront 5 bedroom villa located in the amazing Nusa Lembongan. The property is set right on a small beach overlooking the Devil’s Tear, a local landmark where waves crash along the limestone promontory. This small bay host some of the most luxurious villas of the island, as well as the renowned Sandy Bay Beach Club, with restaurant and spa. The villa’s beach might not be the best spot to swim due to the strong currents, however, the lovely Dream Beach is only a 10 minutes walk away, while Mushroom Bay is also at easy stroll distance.
Villa Seascape has been designed by a renowned Italian architect, Valentina Audrito, and is characterised by a playful style, beautiful minimalist furniture, the use of quality materials and an extraordinary variety of living areas, all overlooking the amazing ocean.
Guests arriving in Bali in the afternoon or evening will probably need to arrange overnight accommodation in Sanur, or any location nearby, and transfers to Nusa Lembongan via ferry the following morning, as sea crossings after 5pm is not recommended. A complimentary buggy will meet guests at Mushroom Bay on Nusa Lembongan for transfers to the villa.
Outdoor living areas
The gorgeous 15-meter swimming pool of the villa sits in the middle of a circular pebble-stone pool terrace, set right in front of the beach. This terrace also features beanbags sun-loungers, a seating area built into a curved limestone wall and a shaded poolside entertainment area with bar counter that can seat up to 10 guests for amazing alfresco dining). The beautiful tropical garden also comprises an amazing beachfront sitting area with fire pit, the perfect place to organise BBQ parties.
Indoor living areas
Villa Seascape’s main living area is a huge double-height open-plan space with various seating arrangements, quality music system and Bose speakers. This room opens to the gorgeous garden overlooking the ocean and also comprises a formal dining terrace and a well-equipped guest kitchen with breakfast bar, fridge and wine cooler. On the upper storey is a unique lounge area, a netted hammock with cushions hanging over the living room.
Just adjacent to the main living space is also a media room with 3 meters circular mattress, projector with 260 cm x 105 cm retractable screen, home-theatre speakers and digital movie library. This room features an ensuite bathroom with terrazzo tub with rain shower, and can be converted into the fifth bedroom of the villa.
Bedrooms
This stunning villa offers four bedrooms, plus one media room easily convertible into an additional bedroom and can accommodate up to 11 guests. All rooms are air-conditioned and have been beautifully furnished in a contemporary tropical style.
The gorgeous Garden suite is not part of the main building, as it is located on the upper floor of a detached pavilion (which also hosts the large service kitchen). This bedroom features a king size bed, seating area with sofa set before a 52” TV with DVD player and a large bathroom with pebble flooring, twin basins and monsoon shower. The Cloud suite is instead located on the ground floor of the main villa and boasts a super king bed, large folding glass doors opening onto a terrace with seating area and stunning ocean view, and a large air-conditioned bathroom with gorgeous bathtub, twin basins, rain-shower, wardrobes and small private courtyard with outdoor shower. The Boat suite is found on the upper floor of the main building and boasts magnificent ocean views. This stunning bedroom features a terrazzo bathtub built into a teak platform set behind the king size bed, a seating area, wardrobes, a private balcony and a huge ensuite bathroom with twin basins, rain shower and seating area. On this same floor, connected to the Boat suite through a suspended bridge, is the Triple Bed suite. This room can be set up with two singles beds and a sofa-bed, or a double and a sofa-bed, and can accommodate 3 people. It also features a private furnished balcony, wardrobes and a bathroom with twin basins, bathtub and rain shower.
Staff
The service offered by the staff at Villa Seascape will be outstanding. The team, led by a manager, comprises a butler, maids, a private chef, maintenance and security. Extra services such as transportation, in-villa meals and massages, can be arranged easily by the staff.

Couldn't fault our recent stay at Villa Seascape. The accommodation and property were immaculate. Great design and detailing throughout. Heaps of space to spread out. Kids loved the pool, media room and cargo net. Adults the comfy beds, great food and private beach access. Staffs super helpful, happy and went out of their way to make our stay and birthdays so memorable. We stayed with 5 adults and 4 kids. 3 years to 70 years and everyone loved it equally. Don’t hesitate, book it. Comes highly recommend and we will be back.

5/5We stayed at Villa Seascape for 7 nights with a group of friends for a 30th birthday. The week was absolutely perfect. The house itself is beautiful, We couldn’t believe our eyes walking in. The staff were all wonderful too, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. The daily breakfasts were delicious as were the dinners. Yami and his team organised a spectacular birthday celebration for us one night including pig on the spit, a selection of delicious sides, complete with cocktails, a cake and fireworks. Couldn’t recommend this villa enough - it’s perfection.
