Villa Rose is a spectacular 4 bedroom villa located on the cliff top overlooking the amazing Pandawa beach in the Bukit peninsula, the island’s southernmost area. This is a stunning unspoilt beach, far from the crowded touristic areas of Seminyak and Canggu, yet close to some of the most visited hotpots in Bali: the beautiful white sanded beaches that characterise this peninsula, glorious surf spots, world renowned cliff top clubs and spectacular golf courses. The villa is also few minutes drive away from the sacred cliff temple of Uluwatu and the fine dining establishments of Jimbaran and Nusa Dua.
The property is part of the luxury complex Pandawa Cliff Estate, which comprises three other amazing villas: The Pala, Villa Markisa and Villa Marie. Together these properties offer 21 gorgeous bedrooms. This, coupled with the beautifully landscaped cliff top gardens, large decked areas and a 5-star service offered by a team of professionals, make this estate a wedding and special event venue par excellence. The four properties also share a sports centre with tennis court, squash court, gym and spa!
Outdoor living areas
At the ledge of the property’s expansive and beautifully kept garden, facing the ocean, is an amazing 18-meter long infinity pool. The views from here are literally mesmerising! This amazing space also offers two large furnished decks, one poolside and one adjoining the dining room, the ideal spots to relax and sunbath.
Indoor living areas
Villa Rose’s two-storey main building offer two beautiful living areas: one delightful open-sided room, located on the upper level, with spectacular ocean views and plentiful seating, and one beautiful living and dining area on the lower floor, fitted with a unique 14 seater table set on the base of a polished tree trunk. Adjoining this last living space is the air-conditioned media room with bar counter and massive semi-circular sofa, 50” TV with international channels, DVD and Blu-ray player.
Bedrooms
The villa offers four beautiful bedrooms, each with its very own color motif. Two bedrooms have king size beds, while two other bedrooms have twin beds, which creates an ideal set-up for families with kids.
All suites are characterised by floors of teak and marble and beautiful traditional ikat fabrics. Each bedroom also feature a dressing area, balconies or terraces overlooking the pool, gardens and ocean, and a bathroom with free-standing bathtub and rain shower.
Staff
The amazing staff of the villa will assist guests in every need they might have during the stay. The team is led by two managers and comprises a chef, a driver, a spa therapist, butlers, housekeepers, pool attendants and gardeners. Included in the rate is the free use of a car and daily breakfast!

We chose to have our wedding at the Pala and reception at Villa Rose (next to Pala) from 1/11 to 4/11 of 2019. As soon as we checked into the villa, we were stunned by the beautiful interior and greeted by the friendly staff. We were offered some small finger food and welcome drinks. 20 of friends and family stayed at this place and everyone kept on complimenting how beautiful this place is. The pool front area is extremely relaxing and overlooks the ocean which is so comforting. Breakfast and dining: I stayed in the villa for the whole weekend and did not want to leave. Breakfast was included and we mostly chose the american breakfast, we also asked the kitchen to prepare food for us the night before wedding (for a group of around 30 people) and food for after party (35 people). Food was delicious. Facilities: We know there's a tennis court etc, but did not get to use it. My husband and I received a complimentary 30 min spa as a wedding treat so it was nice and relaxing for that. Staff: Agung and Tina especially, our butlers are super friendly, super down to earth, super nice! They listened to our needs and even helped us to prepare a cake for a friend's birthday. We will definitely be back, and we're so glad we chose Pandawa to be our wedding venue, such a wonderful experience!

5/5My wife and I enjoyed our wedding at Pandawa Cliff Estate in The Pala and Villa Rose with our friends and family. On arrival we were all stunned. It was a vast and beautiful complex with such warm welcoming and attentive staff. The views of the ocean are incredible but so were the rooms and facilities. The staff were so friendly and catered to our every need at all times. We wanted for nothing. I shed tears of joy every morning when I woke up in this paradise and I was so sad to leave at the end. It was the most amazing experience of my life.
