Villa Nilaya has been rated by well known websites as one of the best holiday rental villas of the island. This two-storey villa is set over 800 m² of tropical garden and can comfortably accommodates 10 guests, making it the perfect solution for large families or groups of friends. The outdoor area of the villa is a beautiful and large space featuring a lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers set on the wooden pool deck and a traditional Balinese gazebo, the ideal place to relax sipping a drink or reading a nice book.
The indoor living area of the villa is a beautiful and fully air conditioned space surrounded by folding glass doors facing the swimming pool. This area has been designed with both tradition and modernity in mind and comprises a lounge corner with sofas set in front of a flat screen TV with DVD player and speakers, a large dining table and a beautiful western style kitchen.
Villa Nilaya offers five beautiful and spacious bedrooms, all beautifully furnished. Three of these feature king size beds, one is furnished with a queen size bed while the last one has twin beds. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and feature en-suite bathrooms, LCD TVs and DVD player.

We stayed at Villa Nilaya for a week and wow what a holiday!!We were two families with kids aged between 4-8!! The villa is outstanding. I cannot express enough how amazing our stay was at this beautiful property. Very spacious rooms, spotless, fantastic amenities, lots of ground for the kids to explore, and the staff were out of this world.They became our second family and we felt like it was our second home. Made and Tedi the butlers were fantastic. Nothing was ever too hard. They would collect groceries for us, I got a scooter ride down to the pharmacy when needed, they looked after the kids with drinks and snacks. Widi the housekeeper was lovely and Nurul and Eka the managers were great. They run a fantastic property and we can't wait to return.

5/5Nilaya Villa in Seminyak was the perfect place to stay and have everything you could ever dream of be catered for. We celebrated a 50th birthday with a party of 12 ladies. The 5 bedrooms offered magnificent decor, the gardens were immaculately sculptured surrounding a stunning pool and waterfall, deck and entertaining area. We had massages in the Gazebo and gathered around for cocktails every evening.Location was perfect to step out and shop til you drop. The staff were AMAZING and provided everything we wanted. They shopped for supplies and wine, Our Chefs Gede and Arya cooked anything we wanted for breakfast and even dinner if you chose to dine in. Our Butlers "Made and Tedy excelled in every way and went above and beyond the call of duty, Eka, Arie and Puta our housekeeping staff were obliging in every way with our ammenities. We love you all at Nilaya and will be back.
