The Iman Villa is a gorgeous 5-bedroomed property characterised by a sleek modern design and nestled amidst luxuriant rice fields and exotic palm groves. The villa is located in the village of Pererenan, within Bali’s popular Canggu district, at easy driving distance to amazing restaurants, world renowned beach clubs and famous surf beaches. The vibrant Seminyak, which together with Canggu is one of the most sought-after areas of the island, is also not far away.
Thanks to its large garden the Iman Villa is also ideal to host weddings, special events and group retreats.
Outdoor living areas
The external area of the property is a stunning terraced tropical garden featuring expansive manicured lawns, a large 21 metre long swimming pool with wading area ideal for kids and a stone sun deck with sun loungers and umbrellas.
On the upper floor of the main pavilion, attached to the master bedroom, is also a beautiful roof terrace with sunken jacuzzi, perfect to relax while admiring Bali’s famous sunsets!
Indoor living areas
The villa main living is characterised by a sleek design and is found within an open-sided pavilion overlooking the garden and gorgeous pool. This fan-cooled space features a sunken lounge with large sofas, a bar area and a beautiful dining table. This living area is also fitted with a 62” flat screen TV with Apple TV, a DVD player, an iPod dock and Bose speakers.
Other living spaces guests will surely enjoy are the modern kitchen with breakfast bar and the entertainment room featuring a home theatre TV and a billiard table. A second lounge/living area is found within the guesthouse that hosts two of the bedrooms: this space features a lounge corner with TV, a kitchen and dining table for four.
Bedrooms
The five bedrooms at Iman Villa are luxurious and spacious, all fitted with air-conditionings, large flat screen TVs, king size beds, glass sliding doors and beautiful ensuite bathrooms. The master suite of the villa is found on the upper floor of the main building and open onto the roof terrace offering panoramic views over the rice fields and palm groves that surrounds the villa. The luxurious large bathroom of this bedroom features a freestanding tub, a rain shower and a walk-in dressing room.
The other four bedrooms of the villa are also beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. Two of them are located in the main pavilion, one upstairs and one on the ground floor (this fitted with a bathtub). The remaining two are instead found in the guesthouse, nestled in the garden, one of them featuring a bathtub and a daybed that could sleep a child.
Staff
The amazing and friendly staff of 12 will take great care of the guests during their stay. The team includes 24 hour security, butler service, housekeeping and a talented chef. The villa manager will be also available to arrange any extra service the guests might require.

Amazing family/friend friendly villa! All the staff are lovely, extremely attentive, (knowing exactly what we needed and when) and great communication. The chef is amazing - absolutely delicious and listened to all our little requests! The groceries system works extremely well (especially if hosting 10+ people) there was always enough food and drinks available and receipts/orders were managed extremely well by the villa manager. The quality of food prepared vs the amount it actually costs is truly worth it!!! The seafood & meat BBQ are a must! The bale/pool grounds are an amazing way to relax and hang out with friends and family. With so many areas to sit and relax we never felt cramped but due to the openness you still feel like you're together. The pool is a lovely temperature and suitable for all swimming abilities with a kids pool to the left. The rooms are spacious and in complete working condition and extremely clean. There vibe of the whole villa is relaxed and tranquil with tropical and modern surroundings. We extremely enjoyed watching the sunset over the rice fields from the pool or balcony overlooking the rooftop water feature. Lastly, if you're looking for a wedding villa, this is the perfect location! We had the most amazing day / week at The Iman. Trust me - you'll never want to leave! We can't wait to come back one day!!!

5/5Our stay at the Iman Villa was absolutely amazing! Nothing was too much for the staff and they were only to happy to supply what ever we requested. The villa itself is visually stunning with every facility needed. I would highly recommend this villa for singles, couples, families, large groups - it really ticks all the boxes.
