Description
The Arsana Estate is a magnificent 5-bedroom villa that occupies two hectares of gorgeous terraced hillside gardens in the quiet traditional village of Nyambu, in the Tabanan Regency. Known as Bali’s "rice bowl", this beautiful area will promise to offer guests the most authentic Balinese experience. Nyambu villagers follow the rhythms of their ancestors and guests can witness the island’s traditional way of life, basically unchanged in generations, simply a unique experience.
One of the faster growing touristic destinations in the island, Canggu, is only 10 kilometres away, which, together with the vibrant Seminyak, will offer guests fine dining options, organic cafes, renowned spas, unique boutiques and famed surf beaches. Bali’s signature sea temple of Tanah Lot and the famous Jatiluwih rice paddy fields are very close as well, both a must visit destination.
Outdoor areas
With its gorgeous and huge tropical gardens overlooking the Sungi River, The Arsana Estate offers the perfect setting for large family and group retreats, weddings and events. The property amazing grounds have everything to ensure an unforgettable stay to the guests. The gorgeous 18-metre swimming pool with shallow area and sun decks is surely one of the highlights of the villa, as well as the open-sided pool pavilion with seating and dining areas, BBQ facility, alfrescobar and butler station. The huge garden offers also several other spaces, ideal spots to relax or spend a great time together: there are two traditional balè, one watching the river and one overlooking the treetops at highest point of estate; a poolside massage room; a pergola with table for 10, ideal to host informal alfresco dinners; a fantastic children’s play area with small football field; and an hard surface tennis court, for the most actives.
Indoor living areas
The villa is characterised by an elegant and modern style, with beautiful ironwood roofs, luxurious furnishings, unique artwork and abundance of glass, all blending perfectly with the purity of the natural surroundings.
The main living area is set in a huge pavilion flooded with natural lighting and features sleek lounge areas, glass dining table for 16 and open plan modern kitchen with bar. The cinema room is equipped with 85” TV, 135-inc retractable projector screen, Apple TV, DVD player, video library and PS4, and will surely be one of guests’ favorite spaces. The villa offers also a study room and a fantastic games room with billiard table, foosball, puzzles and board games. Nestled in the gorgeous garden guests will also find a gym*balé* fitted with treadmill, rowing machine and sophisticated weights system.
Bedrooms
The Arsana Estate counts five gorgeous and comfortable bedrooms.
The first luxurious master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a TV room with a sofa, a study room that can be used as a working area, an ensuite bathroom with a dressing area, and a private plunge pool with daybeds. The bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a private projector, screen, and Sonos speaker and subwoofer.
The beautiful second master suite features instead a king size bed, leather chairs, 50” flat screen TV with DVD player, a furnished veranda and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with statement bathtub and rain shower. This room is interconnected with the children room, which is furnished with three built-in bunk beds (sleeping six) and two extra single beds (also convertible into a king bed). This room is fitted with a 65” flat screen TV and has direct access to the play area with trampoline.
The last two guests rooms feature private bathrooms, sitting areas, 50” TV with DVD player and furnished verandas. One has a king size bed, while the other is furnished with twins.
Staff
The amazing staff of the estate will ensure you will have a memorablestay and will be on hand for every request. The team is composed of a villa manager, supervisor, guest relations manager, cook, butlers, housekeepers, gardeners, pool and maintenance team and security guards.

We stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding. The venue is amazing with lots of different areas and the villas are beautiful as are the grounds. Pool was great and the staff were awesome:-) Only downside was that there are lots of steps to access the property and the villas so can be a bit of a problem for those with mobility problems or the elderly. Well worth a walk to the road and the wee village although if you have a problem with dogs don't go alone as there are lots of them wandering around and barking.....they didnt bother me though and I had a lovely early morning walk.

5/5This place is amazing. I had my wedding here and it was the perfect setting. My family / wedding party stayed with us at the villa and it was spacious, luxurious and relaxing. The staff were amazing and a very special bunch of people. I highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone. I want to go back
