This amazing villa has been recently redesigned and boasts a jaw dropping ocean view, which makes it also ideal to host fairytale weddings. Its style is predominantly contemporary but it also incorporates Zen and Moroccan touches, and its interior have been designed by the international-award-winning interior designer, Alex Zabotto-Bentley.
The property is located in a quiet street but still conveniently close to the hustle-bustle of Seminyak’s famous Eat Street, with its amazing restaurants, nightclubs and cafes. And if you enjoy surfing, look fo further, as the spot positioned in front of the villa will offer great fun!
Outdoor living areas
The highlight of Noku Beach House is the extremely short distance that separates its beautiful 25-metre swimming pool to the amazing Indian Ocean. The gorgeous tropical garden of the properties is spacious and beautifully kept, and will offer you plenty of spaces to relax, with its numerous sitting areas. Just next to the pool are a wooden deck furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a rustic double-level bale with alfresco dining table and sun lounger pods. The rooftop terrace of the villa will also provides the perfect spot to enjoy Bali’s breathtaking sunsets!
Indoor living areas
As gorgeous as its exterior, the open-plan living area of the property, which includes a formal dining corner and a modern kitchen, will offer a stylish yet extremely comfortable space to relax. Furnished with luxury furniture, decorated with indoor plants and ancient artefacts from the Indonesian archipelago, and positioned just in front of the pool and the ocean, this living room will be hard to forget.
Other amazing indoor spaces are the spacious media room with large flat screen TV, the wine room and the beautiful in-villa spa with plunge pool.
All villa’s rooms are also fitted with state-of-the-art Void sound system, from where you can enjoy Noku Beach House own radio station!
Bedrooms
The villa offers six beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, all fitted with air-conditioning, flat screen TVs, sound system, mood lighting and gorgeous ensuite bathrooms with showers and/or luxurious bathtubs. The master bedroom also features a private lounge and an outdoor bathtub, while two of the bedrooms on the first level share a large furnished terrace with mesmerizing view over the ocean. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds while the other three feature twin beds (also easily convertible into king).
Staff
The 5-star service offered by the amazing staff of the villa will make your stay even more luxurious and comfortable. The attentive and professional team includes two managers, a private chef, butlers, waiters, maids, groundskeepers and security guards. Additional staff including spa therapists, personal trainers, yoga instructors and babysitters are also available on request (extra charge). A complimentary car with driver (excluding petrol) is also available for you daily.
