Description

Bougenville 1B is a gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment with private pool. This apartment is part of a luxurious residence located within the award-winning Ayana Resort compound, which sits over 90 hectares of beautifully landscaped cliff-top land perched above the Jimbaran Bay in the Bukit. The Ayana Residences is situated just next to the main Resort and the new hotel Rimba. Guests at the residence will have privileged access to the resorts facilities, like restaurants, amazing Spas and the famous Rock Bar. The Ayana Residences itself is a luxurious property, designed in both its architecture and interiors by the same groups behind the Ayana Resort. The complex is made of three main towers and features its own Club House with swimming pool and gym, botanical gardens, concierge service, car parks, storage facilities and walking and cycling trails.

The Residence

Bougenville 1B is a luxurious two-storey apartment located on the ground floor of the Bougenville Tower. This amazing property boasts a lovely swimming pool with traditional gazebo and alfresco dinner table in its outdoor space. The apartment is characterised by a gorgeous living room with high ceiling and huge glass wall overlooking the pool and the unspoilt nature surrounding the villa. This air-conditioned space comprises a lounge corner fitted with comfy sofas and armchairs set on a wall mounted LED TV with DVD player, a dining table for 8 and a beautiful fully equipped modern kitchen. This stunning apartment also boasts a second lounge room located on the upper floor, another beautifully appointed room featuring designer furnishings and a flat screen TV. The apartment offers three gorgeous bedrooms, all featuring air conditioning, king sized beds, flat screen TVs, wardrobe areas and beautiful en-suite bathrooms with showers and luxurious bathtubs. The huge master bedroom is located on the first floor and boasts a lounge area with comfy sofas and a large furnished terrace with view over the ocean. On this same floor we find the second bedroom, which also features a balcony with stunning view. The third bedroom is instead located on the ground floor and enjoys direct access to the pool area.

Staff

The amazing staff of the residence will take care of every need the guests might have, they will cook breakfast in the apartment’s kitchen every morning and will be available at any time. The residences have also a main lobby where you can ask for a buggy to bring you to the stunning Kubu Beach.

if you want to enjoy both the privacy and the luxuroious facilities in Ayana resort, this will be your best choice! the room is spacious, clean and tidy while with all the facilities you need, not to even mention the private pool! The VIP access to Rock bar is fantastic. Arie and Ayu is very responsive and the staff is very nice! Ayu even provided surprise wedding cake and pretty flowers. We really enjoy the experience here. highly recommend!

The Ayana Resort is absolutely gorgeous, with every amenity that you could possibly need. This property at the resort is also amazing. Each room is incredibly nice, and the infinity pool was perfect for relaxing during the day/evening. When you book this property, you have access to everything the Ayana Resort has to offer, including transportation to/from your room to the different areas of the resort, including the Rock Bar, which can't be missed. This particular home is located in the residential section of the resort, next to new residences that are being constructed. Arie was very helpful in organizing our transportation to the airport, but the check-in process was a bit convoluted. Apart from the miscommunication, and a few issues with the kitchen (garbage/food from the previous occupant was still there) and not having enough towels/toiletries, the house was the perfect, relaxing, way to end our Bali adventure.
