AffittaBali updated Covid-19 booking policy


In order to look after our guests and future travellers, here at Paradise Retreats we have taken every step necessary to ensure our booking policy would reflect the difficult times we are living through.

On March 2020, when the WHO declared the pandemic crisis, we have implemented a more flexible booking policy, in order to support any existing and future reservations.

We are fully aware on how the Covid-19 pandemic has made it extremely difficult for everyone to travel and plan international travels, but at the same time we also know how this has impacted villa owners who now see their villas empty in periods when they were normally thriving. This has also had a huge impact on local communities, which often rely exclusively on tourism, and are the one that have been affected the most by the pandemic, with many losing their jobs.

As a team, we want our updated flexible booking policies to support our guests, the villa owners that have trusted us on marketing their villas all these years, and the local communities, which are ultimately the backbone of this industry.

The following booking policies are supported by Paradise Retreats Limited (AffittaBali.com) and most of our villa owners.

Regarding new bookings

We’re all looking forward to the day all this will end, and by that time we are all going to need a holiday! Right now is not a good time to travel, however, it is the PERFECT time to book!

We have amazing deals on luxury villas all over the world, and some airlines are now offering very low fares.

We understand the need for flexibility in times like this. So if you book a holiday villa in advance today and you need to cancel your trip for causes related to the Covid-19 pandemic, even at the last minute, we will convert your booking into a credit note valid for 12 months. To sum up, in case travel restrictions are still in place at the time of your stay, we will provide additional support in the form of:

  • Immediate rescheduling of your stay to new available dates, up to 12 months from the original booking period (depending on seasons)
  • Waiver of any rescheduling fees

Regarding existing bookings

If you have made a booking with us or your stay is coming up, but your travel plans have changed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, please let us know as soon as you can, contact us at [email protected] or at [email protected]

Our policy allows for:

  • Rescheduling of the reservation to new dates up to 12 months from the original booking dates (depending on seasons)
  • Waiver of any rescheduling fees

We will arrange for the rescheduling of any reservations right away with our villa owners. We will work around the clock to provide every guest the support they need. There is nothing more important to us than our customer’s happiness, we will do all we can to help you in these difficult times.

This policy will remain in effect until travellers from all over the world can confidently and safely travel without the worry of travel bans or restrictions.
